Rosa Maria Ferrara

Founder & CEO

With decades of experience in the Life Science sector, Rosa Maria Ferrara founded Medifocs believing it could become a valid support for companies to rely on for their internal activities and training.

She is proactive and always up-to-date and leads a team of senior professionals with over 25 years of experience. She graduated in Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Technology, after which she attended various specialisation programmes going on to earn several Masters.

Today, she acts as Representative on behalf of several Life Science companies for dealings with the National Authorities (AIFA, Ministry of Health, ISS, Embassies) and as a consultant and advisor with experience in Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance for the pharmaceutical and medical device branches.

Fabio Tommasi Rosso

CEO & Business Development

He has 20 plus years’ experience in the medical devices sector dealing with all aspects, from design and development and applying the Project Management approach, to the control and optimisation of production processes, from regulatory compliance to the application of quality management systems and planning of post-marketing activities.

He also has more than 10 years’ experience in both third party and second party medical device audits, having previously qualified with AICQ-SICEV.

He is an experienced trainer having exceeded the 500 hours of training delivered in medical device regulatory affairs and ISO 13485 quality management systems.
